Front desk team was outstanding. Suite was spacious, kitchenette was clean, and the breakfast area had everything you'd expect. We'd absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Sugar Land.

Thanks Margaret, we're thrilled you enjoyed the suite. Looking forward to your next visit.

Walls so thin I heard the A/C compressor of the room next door all night, plus voices in the hallway. The unit in our own room couldn't keep up either, never reached the set temp. For the rate this was disappointing.

Solid stay overall. Easy parking on a Tuesday, walkable to a couple of decent restaurants. Lobby felt slightly dated but rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable. Would stay again on business.

Charged for a second night after I'd already checked out. Took 11 days and 4 emails to get the refund processed. Front desk was polite but clearly understaffed and out of their depth on billing.

Tom, I owe you an apology. The billing error has been escalated to our regional team and we've made changes to prevent it.

Carpet in the third-floor hallway was visibly stained and the TV in our room looked like it was from 2010. Bathroom fixtures dated but functional. Staff were friendly enough, the place just feels overdue for a refresh.

Showed up at 7:30pm and the lot was already full, ended up parking on the side street. Then the room itself was tiny for $200 a night, you couldn't fit two suitcases open at the same time. Not what I expect from a SpringHill Suites.
